Pursuing the path of an entrepreneur and a solopreneur has been, almost without a doubt, one of the hardest things I've ever done. It's taken from me, and it's added to me. It's been gruelling and I think I understand a bit of what Elon Musk means when he says, "Starting a company is like chewing glass and staring into the abyss."
I've learned that you require Discipline. Strict tough discipline, doggedness, and the ability to stay in the fight... long past whatever you thought your utter limits were. The game of business is gonna ask you some of the toughest questions you ever been asked in your life... and you're gonna need to come up with the answers when everything is on the line, and it's win or go bust...
The sleepless nights, the empty feeling inside when you see your latest attempt wither away into failure yet again, the pain and stress of it all, except, you won't really experience it as stress...
If you're a true solopreneur like me, you'll probably experience the 500 ton steamroller rolling over you as the most awesome thing to happen to your mind since sliced bread. So it should be. And whatever you do, DON'T EVER QUIT!!!!
